About me
I’m a senior strategy maker/do-er, communicator and founder. I’ve worked globally with companies and teams to launch products, position software in new and existing markets, optimize cross departmental collaboration, and grow partnerships/developer/vendor communities.
I lead product and marketing teams to uncover the highest-potential opportunities — both operationally and strategically, identifying points for change, then joining the dots to get there — executing fast.
My sweet spot is working alongside Product, Marketing and Sales on the fringes of what is familiar. I distill complex and competing ideas by listening to the world around me, adapting to customer needs, market trends and technological breakthroughs.
I move teams and ideas forward through executive leadership in operational and marketing processes, growth and product strategy, lean execution, and orchestrating diverse skillsets to drive toward a common vision. My own toolbox includes pitching and storytelling, co-creation and executive/stakeholder facilitation, market analysis and research, user design, investor relations, content strategy/creation, and an eye for kind, talented people.
I’ve done this for my own venture backed startup (Commerce.js), open source SaaS, government PaaS, NGOs, and Silicon Valley advertising agencies. I’m currently Head of Marketing at a UK based scheduling infrastructure technology company, Cronofy.
